The Latest News on the Plaque

For the benefit of those of you who are wondering how I have become involved with the Plaque I live near the Arboretum and Ron has asked me to get some quotes from local Stonemasons which I have now done and I run the Website.

Your Pledges Those of you who made pledge if you have not already done so please now send your donations to Ron as soon as possible. If everyone sends in the amount promised we should have enough to cover the cost of the plaque. Below is my impression of the proposed new plaque it is not to scale, we have changed some of the wording and removed various items if anyone has any objections to the changes please contact Ron with your comments in writing ASAP. Once all monies have been collected we will be having a meeting with the stonemason to discuss the plaque in detail.
